By ordering via this online merchant facility I declare that I am above 18 years of age and declare full responsibility for the products ordered.
I also understand that by providing Lucky Sip Wines with my details (including credit card) that I am authorising their use for my order.

Although the information provided in this site is presented in good faith and believed to be correct as at the date it was submitted, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this site, its contents or the content of any web site ’ linked’ to or from this site. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, claim or expense suffered as a result of the information on this site or any ' linked site' not being accurate or updated.

You must take your own steps to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing this site does not expose you to the risk of viruses or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system. We do not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to our computer system arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any ‘hot linked’ site.

Any information which you transmit to us is transmitted through a secure internet system. All reasonable steps to ensure that this information is secure have been taken but we cannot warrant all information will be secure at all times.

PRICING
Prices advertised on this site are provided by Lucky Sip Wines, although we endeavor to ensure prices and product information is accurate, we accept no liability or responsibility if they are inaccurate. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and may be per bottle/item or per case, as marked. All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Unless specified, any delivery charges are additional.
We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Visa and MasterCard.

DELIVERY
Deliveries will be made to the customers home or workplace as specified in the order. Lucky Sip deliveries are made by courier. Most of our customers give instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time.

If you give us specific instructions to leave your wine and the wine gets stolen, you will be responsible.

Alternatively your wine will be delivered by a Lucky Sip team member who will arrange with you via text message a time you will be home or a safe place to leave your wine if you are not.

When Opening a bottle of sparkling wine there is an enormous amount of pressure held under a sparkling wine cork. Therefore, it is important that care is taken when opening sparkling wine bottles , we recommend the bottle of Sparkling Wine to be chilled at 4°C before opening.

AGE
Liquor Act 1982 - It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

Lucky Sip supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol and complies fully with the applicable legislation, primarily the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 and the Liquor Control Reform Regulations 2009.

**WARNING**

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence: To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000) For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700). Where appropriate, Lucky Sip also complies with various liquor laws in other state & territory jurisdictions.
