Geoff Merrill G&W Cabernet Sauvignon

The colour is a very deep dark red. The aroma is characterized by ripe, concentrated berries, spice,s and herbs. Olive, plum, currant, menthol, and chocolate just for starters. Then earth, sage, and a little vanilla bean pokes out between the toasty oak.

Not your typical cabernet, this is a ripe, inky, muscular specimen that eats rump steak for breakfast. The palate has great length and acidity with firm, grippy tannins and ample fruit weight bringing it all together. Drink with your favourite steak, grilled lamb, or moussaka.”
